The State of Qatar participated in the Third Tehran Dialogue Forum (TDF 2022), which kicked off Monday in Iranian capital of Tehran.

The State of Qatar was represented in the forum by HE Assistant Foreign Minister for Regional Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi.

In a speech before the forum, His Excellency affirmed that the State of Qatar is not separated from this region and its important issues, pointing out that the State of Qatar fully believes that dialogue is the most appropriate way to resolve international disputes and strengthen relations between countries to achieve international stability and security.

The forum will discuss the security, political and economic challenges and repercussions of the crises of the region and the world, especially the Russian-Ukrainian crisis and the energy crisis, in addition to developments in Afghanistan and West Asia.
