Minister of Transport H.E. Jassim Saif Ahmed Al-Sulaiti met with Minister of Roads and Urban Development of the Islamic Republic of Iran H.E. Mehrdad Bazrpash, in Tehran today.

The two ministers reviewed aspects of Qatar-Iran cooperation in the fields of transportation, maritime navigation, commercial harbors, air transportation and civil aviation, and ways to enhance them. Qatar’s Ambassador to Iran H.E. Mohammed bin Hamad Al Hajri attended the meeting.

H.E. Minister Al-Sulaiti also offered his condolences on the death of former Minister of Roads and Urban Development H.E. Rostam Ghasemi, recognizing his efforts to develop bilateral relations in the areas of transportation.
